Tortellini alla Panna
Cheese tortellini in a simple cream sauce. The boys love this!

- 1/4 cup Butter
- 8 oz 'La Mexicana" Table Cream
- Black Pepper Freshly grated, generous sprinkling
- Nutmeg 2-3 pinches
- 2 pkg 3 Cheese tortellini
In saucepan, melt butter over lowest possible heat.
Remove from heat before it melts completely, stirring to continue melting in the warm saucepan.
Add cream, pepper, and nutmeg, stirring to blend. Set aside.
Add cooked and drained fresh pasta directly to cream sauce. Toss well and serve immediately.
