Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 8 oz 'La Mexicana" Table Cream
  • Black Pepper Freshly grated, generous sprinkling
  • Nutmeg 2-3 pinches
  • 2 pkg 3 Cheese tortellini

Instructions

  • In saucepan, melt butter over lowest possible heat.
  • Remove from heat before it melts completely, stirring to continue melting in the warm saucepan.
  • Add cream, pepper, and nutmeg, stirring to blend. Set aside.
  • Add cooked and drained fresh pasta directly to cream sauce. Toss well and serve immediately.
