Tortellini alla Panna
Cheese tortellini in a simple cream sauce. The boys love this!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 8 oz 'La Mexicana" Table Cream
- Black Pepper Freshly grated, generous sprinkling
- Nutmeg 2-3 pinches
- 2 pkg 3 Cheese tortellini
Instructions
- In saucepan, melt butter over lowest possible heat.
- Remove from heat before it melts completely, stirring to continue melting in the warm saucepan.
- Add cream, pepper, and nutmeg, stirring to blend. Set aside.
- Add cooked and drained fresh pasta directly to cream sauce. Toss well and serve immediately.
