Fill large pot of water and set on high heat to boil for pasta.
Fill saucepan 2/3 full with water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add bacon to saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes, drain, and cut coarsely. Set aside.
In large frying pan, melt butter over low heat.
Add palmful of salt and pasta to large pot of boiling water.
Add bacon to butter in saucepan before butter is completely melted. Stir to coat bacon.
Mix pepper flakes and pepper into saucepan and leave on low heat while pasta cooks.
When pasta is done, drain and return to pot immediately. Toss pasta well with beaten eggs.
Pour pasta into frying pan holding bacon. Add parmigiano and toss very well.
Serve immediately.
